Cancellation Policy

We require 5-Business Days notice to  Re-Schedule an existing appointment in order to avoid a last-minute cancellation fee. 

We need to re-book operatory chair time and expert professional dental staff time. 

Last minute cancellation or no show is subject to a fee of $50. 

Our resources, including operatory chair time and professional dental staff have been exclusively reserved and booked for your time/day.  

Last minute cancellation or no show for I.V. Sedation or Nitrous (Laughing Gas) appointments are subject to a fee of $75. 

In addition to our regular resources and dental staff, a registered nurse is also present, ready for the I.V. or Nitrous Sedation procedure booked and reserved for your time/day.
